We enjoyed the fantastic water park, especially the fun character interactions, and the cleanliness was impressive, but we faced a long check-in delay.

The breakfast spread was decent with fresh cheese bread that made mornings magical! And oh, the vibrant pools kept the kids entertained for hours. The room setup was spacious and the waterpark was a total win for the little ones!
Getting service was a real drag—staff was friendly at first, but good luck when you need help. We found ourselves waiting and waiting, with managers seeming MIA. It’s a bummer when you’re paying top dollar and can't get attention!

Great poolside escape but service issues detracted
The swim-up suite was fantastic, offering a direct connection to the pool. Enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere at the onsite restaurant, especially the fresh seafood. However, service was painfully slow when we needed assistance. Make sure to manage expectations when it comes to staff responsiveness.

We enjoyed the spacious Swim-Up Oceanfront King Suite. The kids loved the water park, with its fun slides and pools. Daily activities kept everyone entertained. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. However, the food options were disappointing. Limited choices made dining frustrating, especially for picky eaters. On one day, we had to wait too long for room service, which dampened our mood. The lobby felt far from the rooms, making trips back for forgotten items inconvenient. While we had fun at the arcade, charging for tokens added up quickly. Also, the WiFi was spotty, creating issues while trying to plan activities. Despite the negatives, the vibrant atmosphere and water park made our family time memorable.

The Swim-Up Oceanfront Queen Suite we booked was a dream, and the food was surprisingly tasty for a buffet! The kids loved the aqua park, and we really enjoyed relaxing at the pool with a cocktail in hand. The only downside was the room's distance from the lobby and water park, so pack your essentials for the day! 🏖️

The waterpark was a huge hit with my kids, providing endless fun with its variety of well-maintained slides and pools. The resort's ambiance was enhanced by the beautiful landscaping and pleasant fragrance throughout the property. While the food was decent, offering some good salads, it lacked that memorable touch. However, being an all-inclusive option with a vibrant restaurant scene made it enjoyable enough.
